CHAUVIN POINTE SENIOR LIVING

Chauvin Pointe Apartments are an independent living complex for senior citizens that are comprised of 65-2 bedroom units and a community room.  The design goal on this project was to create an exciting and colorful living environment on a limited budget, while embracing the design culture of the Deep South.  The 4-plexes were designed in two concepts, each with emphases on stepping the facades for: 1) delivering a sense of privacy for the porch areas 2) creating the concept of individual units united within a mass.  Exterior materials consist of vinyl siding in two color ranges.
