HISTORY
In January 1971, Johns and Neel, Architects, who had formed a partnership in 1952, merged with a firm established in 1955, Rivers and Heuer, Architects, to become Heuer, Johns, Neel, Rivers + Webb, a partnership. In November 1978, the firm became a Professional Corporation, established under the laws of the State of Louisiana. January 1983, saw the firm's name changed to Architecture+, A Professional Corporation, which it remains to this day. The founders of Architecture+ established strong ties in the retail industry, with developers and department store owners. The relationships which were formed remain vibrant to this day with numerous commissions undertaken for these national clients who are leaders in their fields.

We are a diverse, highly qualified and experienced group of professionals with a strong work ethic and keen focus on solutions to problems, particularly in service to our clients. Cutting edge technology is our means; but as Architects, Designers, Technicians, and Administrators, we are the primary resource of our firm, operating in an environment of mutual support and trust. Continuing education, skill training in the ever-changing digital tools of our trade, and a strong commitment to being the best we can be are hallmarks of the Architecture+ team.
MISSION
To provide and execute to the highest professional standards, design solutions, construction documents, and project administration which best serve our clients. This standard of quality at the same time demonstrates responsible stewardship of natural resources, the environment, and all who inhabit and operate in what we build.
