                                Joe joined Heuer, Johns, Neel, Rivers & Webb Architects in July                                    1977 as an architect. In 1982, he was promoted to Production

                                Director to head up the Production Department of Architecture+.

                                He became a principal in the firm on November 1984 and later was designated Project Architect for Dillard’s Department Store projects. He coordinates the Dillard’s projects from schematic design to construction documents, which includes client meetings, developing, planning and construction schedules, and coordination with developers on Dillard’s behalf. Presently, he is serving as President of Architecture+.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture degree with honors from the University of Notre Dame in 1971. During his education, he spent one year studying architecture in Rome, Italy.
